Fatima is one of the most esteemed religious centers of the world, where the three children allegedly witnessed the apparition of Our Lady, the May 13, 1917.
Legend has it that a "lady brighter than the sun" came before the three children, warning them of the importance of praying and telling them they would appear again on the same date and time for five consecutive months.
