We are licensed and license holders No. 528/2014, issued by the Directorate General for Tourism.
Private Tours Daily
The reservation is required, but do not need any advance payment, payment must be made on the day of the tour in cash to the driver / tour leader.
The Private Tours Exclude Monuments Fees and official guide services inside monuments, meals or other extras.
According to the Portuguese law, any explanation inside the monuments or in any other tourist attraction can only be provided by official tour guides, if they wish to request official tour guides will be considered extra and paid as such.
Our drivers / tour leaders are qualified to explain the Portuguese history and all the monuments and tourist attractions, provide all the information of the history of Portugal and on the places to be visited, the same accompanying our customers throughout the tour, except inside the monuments.
Private Tours Multi Day / Policy Cancellation & Tickets
We recommend to our customers who book hotels online, so they can get more attractive prices.
We request the total reservation 30% of up to 30 days in advance to confirm the tour and the remaining 70% can pay up to 5 days before the service, and by bank transfer.
Reservations for all tours may be canceled up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund after this period, no refund is granted.
A No-show in tours or services from the hotel, airport, seaport, railway, etc., the entire price of the reservation will be charged.
General information
All tours and services are subject to be changed due to circumstances beyond our control.
We are open all year, but recall that the National Monuments are closed on holidays and on special occasions without notice.
Luggage is transported from the customer's responsibility, which is advised to monitor the loading and unloading thereof.
We are not responsible for any excess baggage or non-standard format baggage previously declared and that therefore it is impossible to carry in our vehicles.
We are not responsible for any objects or valuables left inside the vehicles.
The mentioned times may change or conditioned due to the will of others to our organization.
Insurance
We have Personal Accident Insurance and Liability, as required by national legislation.
But We recommend all our customers to possession of a proper travel insurance.
In case of accident, all claims will be judged in Portugal and in accordance with national legislation.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour since who does not meet all safety measures required by national legislation.
We are not responsible for any criminal activity against our customers or against our vehicles, which give results in damage or loss / damage to property, or that of our customers.
Prices / Confirmations
Private Tours Multi Day: booking is required for all our Tours of several days and others, we reserve the right to require payment only for: Tours whose remit includes our driver / tour leader overnight outside Lisbon Area within of (50 km / 31 Milles).
Prices confirmed at time of booking are the final price.
